After the Draper Temple Open House, the kiddos jumped at the chance to take a little family outing to visit the new Oquirrh Mountain Temple! We had a beautiful time at the new temple. In comparison to the Draper Temple the O Temple was much more simple. Clean lines, lots of beige, cream and white- hardly any color anywhere. The windows were my favorite part. They had modern circles along the edges, and little stars blown into the middle- really unique. The kids did great. We put Ava and Jack in the stroller, and the 3 P's walked. Not as many stairs as the Draper Temple, and the cookies and water bottles in the reception tent at the end of the self-guided tour were a yummy end to a memorable evening.
